I fear that there will be no industry with the Khans because of the humongous amount they take back home from the profits of the film.

Box office is the distributor's headache...but the first half of the year has been really good content wise and creativity wise along with audience appreciation.

Distributor's home don't run on those qualities, films running on those things hardly succeeds, you can't name even 10 films in 1st half, only very few. At the end of day you have to earn more than you invest, multiplex & Biggie-free months have flourished some of these films but not all.

Why should I care about the distributor as an audience? And even if the movie is an ATBB, will the distributor pay equally to the technicians and the crew? Most of the money will go into the pockets of the distributors themselves.

Thx to those ATBB, he has enough to invest in Non-Performing Content films, otherwise he won't be having money & will to buy those films. For example, now a film came "Lateef", Nawaaz's film, came & went unnoticed, same with Qissa (Irrfan's film), which won many awards at Toronto film festivals. Now these 2 films were complete loss for those distributors, now to bear that loss & again to buy these kind of films they need those ATBB films. So Audience of these specific kind of films should thanks those ATBB coz of whom they are able 2 see Content films.
