We heard both Abhilasha's father and Abhaas' brother sing in Friday's episode.
They both sang nicely. Does anyone know if Abhaas' brother is also an aspiring singer? He is often shown supporting Abhaas in the audience.

I heard there was gonna be a music composition competition where AR rehman is one of the judges. Was it in Tamil or in Hindi, I am not sure. But that would be fun.

Abhas's Brother is an accomplished composer and has coached Abhas in singing.
He is a very talented person .

They just look uncannily alike ;)
I think Sharib is about 3 years younger than Toshi :)

Going back to Aabhas and his brother.

Aabhas had made the comment that if he makes it big as a singer he will sing his brother's compositions. His brother has struggled a lot and the family is hoping Aabhas will turn the family fortune for the better. The best of luck to them. With or without SVOI - Aabhas should also go places.

Did Sharib got chance to sing in movies? Isamil Darbar promised him as well as Jatin Lalit? Did they gave him break.

Ismail Darbar promised Sharib a duet with Lata ji. But I think the film, Pyar kiya to Nibana, was shelved. I haven't heard of JL giving him a break yet.

Yesterday I missed the first two performances but finally heard both Irfan and Sumitra's songs. I'd also like to mention Sumitra's mother who sang a few lines as well. Sumitra said she learned sangeet from her mother. She said her mother always tells her there is scope for improvement after every performance. Sumita said the same in tonight's shaadi episode too.
