In my opinion she should not and it is not necessary too. Manan together should be strong enough to face all situations. Besides this it may affect manan badly. My answer is no.

No never, that will be a blunder. Nandini now pls need to learn from her past mistakes... She need to trust her relationship as "WE CAN TOGETHER FIGHT" should be her thought.
Manik cannot stand lie or hiding..and knowing that if she hides and act stupid...that will be a disaster.
And cvs should know now...MANAN IS ABOVE TRUST AND FAITH... MU/SEPARATION will look "CHEAP ON MANAN" now.
