How is he so tall when his parents aren't that tall? Isn't height mostly on genetic factors?

umm to cut a bio lesson very short..

The genetics affecting height, skin color are not simply 2.
Like when it comes to eye color it will be EE or Ee or eE or ee that are possible variants.
One who gets EE, Ee,eE will have brown eyes. the one who has ee will have blue eyes as they r the recessive gene..

In the case of height and skin color a combination of genes such as T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T... would contribute and can give a range of results that may or may not be similar to the parents..

Dark parents can have relatively light kids because there could be recessive genes from generations back which are light that can come out.

Same case height.., Short parents can have a tall off spring or tall parents can have a short off spring depending on that..
Specially if 1 grand parents contains the said looks its entirely normal for those traits to skip a generation or two and then make an appearance..

As far as height goes yes amir is a midget but yes son is tall good for him
