I had a feeling since da beginning of the show tht ridz is Sister Padma's daughter....dunno y but she's got this whole motherly affection 2wards ridz...mayb ridz is adopted by Doc Shashank...wat say...???

what i think is padma cant be mother of ritz because they wont show which looks obvious and dr shashank calls her sisterpadma.
may be ritz is padmas sister daughter with dr shashank and is not keeping well so that is why dr always gets phone calls and rush for emergency
