The member's whose name start with A,C,E,G,I,K,M,O,Q,S,U,W,Y will +100.
You have to mentally add up the numbers by 100.
The members whose name start with B,D,F,H,J,L,N,P,R,T,V,X,Z will -100.
You have to mentally subtract the numbers by 100.
Target: 2000+
