@bold, but that was my point. It was a move and a strategy. Call me cynical, but I think everything Varun does in front of the camera is a move. But yes I know I'm a minority in this regard. Every actor has flops in their future, it's inevitable, especially when you are fairly new like Varun is. That's when all of his strategies and moves could be used against him to sort of kick him while he's down.

@sandiab, I was referring to this whole romantic aspect and gesture of this picture. I'm one of the very few who thinks Varun is rather manipulative and gimmicky towards the media and public during his film promotions and changes his plans and/or stories with each movie.

Ahh thanks 😊. I actually liked Varun. I thought he was cute and charming when I saw him on KWK (the little segments I have been able to watch). It wasn't until he started promoting Badlapur that I was turned off by him. My dislike for him has nothing to do with my like for Sid. I personally just have a very different perception of Varun now. That's all.
