ABCD 2 has been in the news even before the film went on floors. There are many reasons attached to why the film is expected to be one of the bigger openers of 2015. The fresh pairing of Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor has worked big time. The other being the sequel to a successful dance film.

Theatrical share from India and Overseas business to break even - 42 crore

Assuming that the overseas share is around 7-8 crore, the film has recover around 35 crore from Indian theatrical business.
