You know, she's actually not too far off from the truth. Indirectly, certain things do run in your genes.

They include diseases, physical traits, and yes, even certain abilities.

But more than her genes, it was the also the environment she was raised in. As a kid, she was pretty much raised on the sets, surrounded by films. She herself recollects trying to emulate the expressions of Sridevi when she was a little girl. So more than her genetics, it's a passion she had a child that she worked on for years.

She REALLY NEEDS TO STOP SAYING THAT ITS JUST HER GENES.

Coz even that Jain Kid is a Kapoor, but he sure didn't have anything run in his DNA 😆
