The first part shows adi coming as a new warden. He comes across a strange phenomenon where prisoners of 18th barrack become mentally broken down.
He decided to stay one night at the place. And he saw a ghost hanged to death.
He met the prev warden who told him that a prisoner was released on the goodwill of a social worker. He promised who wud change. Soon the social worker was found dead and the prisoner was found injured. Till he got hung he kept on repeating that he was innocent. He became a ghost to prove that.

Dont worry the dubbing is clear u wl catch some words which are common to both bong and hindi. Plus the quality acting of all.

Well the prisoner mukesh was hung after lots of delays. The warden was bound against his will to his duty.
Adi decided to give the ghost peace and justice by finding the real killer.

So the warden adi goes to the victim's house.
The servant says no one is at home.
As he leaves adi sees a shadow play. The ghost was trying to tell him that the real murderer was smoking a pipe. He killed the man and when the prisoner came to find the victim, the killer injured him.
Adi goes and tells this to the prev warden. Then adi gets a call about a member of the victim's family has come to meet him.
Btw all this took place 5yrs before.
The victim's brother has come to meet adi.
Btw u want me to kill the suspense? The last few mins u shud watch without any spoiler.
After u finish watching, any bong will clarify ure doubts if any.
