Arjun Kapoor

Ranveer / Sid fans will go for 2nd option i guess, coz BO wise both stars are behind Varun / Arjun.

None of the young stars have brute starpower of the Khans or even Akshay/Ajay. That is none of them can make a film like Jai Ho reach 100cr. Younger stars need good music, good trailer, good costars to make a film work.

IMHO younger stars should be judged based on how much INTEREST and excitement they can create among the audiences for their film. Like SSR wasnt able to create any excitement for DBB...no one wanted to see HIM. Anushka was able to create interest in NH10, Varun in Badlapur/ABCD2 and Shraddha in ABCD2. It could be due to good performance in trailers/songs or anything else like hype due to relationships/drama.

Both. Appreciation for performance is necessary but you should also be able to bring an audience to the theatre. Being able to create that hype before release is crucial.
