Hrithik is natural.

He has gotten more slim so turned his fat into muscle.

steroids dont get rid of fat. They just ad muscle to that fat.

Hrithik has obviously worked out as he has lost weights.

Steroids don't make you lose weight.

They make you gain weight

To all the people who are saying they turned fat into muscle... It's IMPOSSIBLE! You burn the fat away through cardio workouts and build and strengthen your muscles through certain workouts to have a toned body.
