khans.

akshay is the only one

who stayed away from steroids

and body building supplements.

he doesn't have the defined 6,8,10 packs.

only unnatural process can show instant packs.

khans getting defined 8 packs for a film within months cant be

from just gymming and having protein.

in new generation SM made his body for 'Brothers' and that too with 3 months long workouts and protein diet... he obviously stayed away from sters...

You cant tell. Not really.

And getting into shape is not hard at all. Take dedication and some time. After a while it become a routine.

Also steroids and stuff comes with a price and it doesn't just transform you into someone else. You still need to do a lot of work.

All Khans , HR, John and KSG .I can't stand heavy body builders, akshay has a good body and so does Gurmeet Choudhary.

I can't tell on anyone. It is easy to guess Salman probably did at one point at least because of his anger management issues. Come to think of it, didn't SRK also have anger management issues? Hrithik and John look too manufactured for lack of a better word.

Akshay looks very natural. He himself said once that he's been working out for over 20 years and had never developed anything more than a 6 pack.

I wonder what these guys would look like if they took their shirts off at a news conference? Impromptu, without having been told in advance that they will have to. For movies and photo shoots I'm sure some make up, shadowing and some degree of paint is involved to give the muscles definition.

obviously - hrithik, salman, john abraham have taken steroids. their bodies (ie muscles) became disproportionally big which can not be achieved in gym only.

some of the others also, pretty sure aamir and ajay devgan used steriods too.
