Yes! She will be ashamed of being such a dependent, weak and pathetic women who's whole life is controlled by a man! The worst irony is this man is a complete stranger and has no relationship to her, and her whole life and choices are being controlled by him! Sanam never let anyone control her, nor was she ever beholden to anyone! She was always very "Khuddari" and that is the very thing that made Aahil fall in love with her. It's not like he had not seen attractive women, or had access to them! Sanam stood out because of her independence and her need to control her own destiny! How she never bowed down to him! That is what he loved about her. Even Rehan respected Sanam as a person, as much as he had feelings for her at the start. The respect was mostly for her strength of character. She has lost ALL that by becoming this clingy needy Jannat! More than anything it is Sanam I missed when she became someone else in Pak track. SAHIL was 2nd!
When she remembers how she used to threaten a renowned terrorist with lines like "My husband is an army officer", a few weeks before she murdered said Army officer's whole family, she will feel even more ashamed. She will also feel ashamed when she realizes she has been living in a glorified "Live in relationship" with an unknown man for weeks! Sharing a room with him and maybe even a bed? What women will feel good about such a thing? Well no "Normal" women would. Usually you will feel violated! Especially a girl like Sanam who was a total "Tehezibwali". I hope at least the CV's have enough respect or women in general, to have her react as she should when she finds out she was tricked into living as someone's wife. But these CV's have no respect for women! So I don't have much hope! If they did, they would not try to trivialize this women's violation and lack of choice in their attempt to white wash the man doing the damage!
