The makers of the upcoming family drama, Dil Dhadakne Do, have roped in the actor for a special appearance.
Zoya Akhtar's upcoming family drama, Dil Dhadakne Do, which unfolds aboard a cruise liner, already has half-a-dozen A-list stars in its heavy-weight credits, including Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah, Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar, Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma.
There's also indie darling Rahul Bose and debutant Riddhima Sud. Now, Mirror has learnt that Zoya has added another star to her galaxy and he's none other than the super selective Aamir Khan.
A few days ago, Aamir who was clicked with his arm around Zoya, was overheard raving about her film at the party Kangana Ranaut had hosted at her Khar residence to celebrate her second National Award.
According to a source, he had come straight from a special screening of the film at a preview theatre. "He hadn't gone to watch the film just for the others but also to see his own portions."
Aamir's presence in Zoya's travelogue across Europe has been a closely guarded secret till now. Of late, the rumour mills have been buzzing about Hrithik Roshan, who was one of the stars in Zoya's earlier film, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, making a special appearance in this one too. It's not Hrithik but Aamir who has joined the Mehra family.
The source added that Aamir has already shot for the film but didn't know if it was a cameo or a special song. All that is know is that he is the 'surprise' of Dil Dhadakne Do.
