I thought the script of fashion had a lot more structure to it. The character goes through ups and downs but she never gives up. She sees the worst but she is fighter. Heroine had no structure it gave a very bias view of Bollywood. Though Kareena tried her best to rise above the script I felt she tried a bit too hard in some places.

The crying scene in front of the mirror and my jaw dropped

It also favours her as she had this after a string of bad performances like SEI..LS 2050 drona etc..never expected she be this good

Kareena had already proved her calibre by then and a lot was expected but she fell short due to the script

Yeah even though you can argue the character was a bit more challenging because it was bipolar I still think PC gave a more natural performance.

PC was flawless in Fashion; but Kareena in Heroine blew my mind. She was phenomenal. Pity that the script was so bad - it let her down, and dampened the effect her performance could have had
