I think Bala wants Subbu to socialise. He wants to divert Subbu's attention to his other friends. He doesn't want Subbu to become dependent only on Ishita.

I think this party is gonna worse for subbu coz Ishra might confess their luv to each other in this party

Bala's intention is to divert Subbu's mind from Ishita, so that he doesn't bother her much.

I think this party will give way to the third angle of - " Pati Patni aur woh "

I have a feeling that CV's will put all of Ishita and Subbu's friend in amnesia and make them forget that both Ishita and Subbu married 2 different people. They will be shown ignorant about their engagement breakage and keep linking them together, so that Raman gets uncomfortable and from here his jealousy will trigger.
