I would like Sapna to be with ?Atul or some new doctor who joins the Sanjeevani fold. I don't want her with the other guy who seems a bit older. I think she sees just some nice doctor with not a big head and stuff, who cares for his patients.

Yeah the cardiologist seems kinda old for her.. yup would look perfect with Dr. keerti...for someone reason i wanna see anjali falling for atul.. she with her sophistication and dr atul with his simplicity... like north pole and south pole.. they would make an interesting couple, wouldn't they?
