You know the highlights for me in episode 11 were

Ishaan and Aaliya's caring moments and how they understood each other without really communicating. How Ishaan put Aaliya before Malavika twice! How he understood the need to move on and gracefully gave away the trophy to Malavika. I think that made her stunned.

Highlights for episode 12 were

Ishaan's worry and him missing Aaliya and her phone calls. When she did not answer him back he just turned up.

Though he is only caring but I could see the discomfort in his expressions when Sahil told him about Aaliya's dating marathon. A bit of possessiveness could be seen. I loved his expressions as they were bang on.

As others have put it rain scene was awesome. And of course the way he understood the pain of Aaliya's without her telling him. And how he consoled her.

I think that Ishaan does care more than friendship for Aaliya but is still stuck in past so maybe needs a momentum to embrace the future.

Fingers crossed and hope sincerely that Dr Veer acts as a cupid for Ishaan and Aaliya and make Ishaan jealous. And not a spoil sport in their relationship
