me it always feels like that every bad thing that Baldev does is just an
extreme and unjustifiable reaction to an action of Ranvi/Veera/RanVeera, just
so the CVs can show that RanVeera are in the right.🤪 The latest example is Veera
betraying Baldev by standing in the elections against him and Baldev
retaliating by disqualifying her from the elections by conspiring against her, which
is 10 times worse than what Veera did. So the whole point of Baldev's betrayal
is to sweep what Veera did under the carpet. And just to clarify, I would have
been completely fine with her not supporting him for the elections if she
thought he was unfit for the post (which he is), but instead she decides to stand
in the way of his dream when she herself is unfit for the post!😳
There is no justification for a lot of things Baldev does (the latest stunt
makes me ashamed of him), but even though I disapprove of his actions, I can
always see where his anger and frustration comes from, what exactly drove him
to do what he did. Also the guy is at least honest to himself, when he does
something wrong he knows very well that he is wrong but I can't say the same
for RanVeera. Veera never once thought that she was hurting Baldev badly by
standing against him in the elections, Ranvi never realised the magnitude of
the hurt he caused Baldev by falsely accusing him of murder (being thought of
as a murderer by your relatives and Pind ppl is worse than them thinking that
you are a corrupt politician coz some ppl will never truly believe in your
innocence). So all this makes Baldev a much more sympathetic character than
RanVeera.
As for RanVeera's moral highground...IMO after a point of time, if you keep on
hurting someone again and again, without learning from your mistake, then it
becomes irrelevant whether you actually intended to hurt them or not coz the
end result is the same-someone is gravely hurt because of you and your actions
alone. So RanVeera and Baldev are on the same 'immoral' boat for me, only
difference is that I understand how Baldev got on the boat in the first place.

P.S. Both Veera and Baldev are proving to be terrible spouses to each other.🥱 But Baldev became horrible to her only after getting married, where as Veera has been treating him like cr*p before they even started dating.😆
