Chapter 3: The Major Break-Up
Then the day came when we had the most serious fight ever. Well, it wasn't a fight but then something happened that ruined our friendship. It wasn't a serious thing but ego. This small word "EGO" can melt even the hardest of rocks and ruin even the strongest of bondings! That day, we were in school. Our exams were about to start so we had mostly nothing to do in the last periods of the day. It was the 7th period, Aaliyah's partner was continuously disturbing me and my partner who were sitting in front of them. The class was making so much noise so the teacher asked,"Who is making so much noise??"
Just for a little bit of teasing, I said,"Mam, Aaliyah and her partner are disturbing us and making noise."😆
Just then the bell rung so teacher had no time to scold them. This was what Aaliyah, the ego queen (A nickname I made for her but never told her) took on heart/took seriously.
In the last period, Shikha ma'am, our class teacher came. After the middle of the period, Aaliyah went to mam and said something to her. After that she returned to her seat, took her bag and went to sit with Saumya. I understood what must had happened. I also went to mam and changed my seat right behind Aaliyah. I thought that she was trying to make me feel jealous and was a little angry with me. I tried to talk to her but she ignored me. Such a drama queen! I thought.
When the bell rung and finally, when we went out, I again tried to talk to her. But of course, she was engrossed "chit-chatting" with Saumya.
And this was the "MAJOR" reason why we had a break-up. But this time, I seriously felt that she was over-reacting. So I decided that I'll also ignore her and we never talked to her after that day.
Even Pragya di was trying to tell me that we are great friends, we should patch up, blah blah blah.
There Aaliya's bro, Abhi bhai was also trying for our patch up saying I was sensible girl, we are great friends, no need for a break-up, Aaliya is egoistic, ignore her...blah blah blah..So now it was the the BIG END of our friendship. From that day, we were enemies. We were enemies, we are enemies and will remain enemies.
So this was the end of our friendship and also the end of this chapter and story. Hope u liked it. I know it was kiddish but never mind. Do read and I'll be waiting for your feed backs.
