Lovely post Aunty. You have explained the metamorphosis part beautifully. In fact I was quite surprised when they showed the Chakras awakening in Rudra. When I was thinking of transformation, I least expected this. A very hatke transformation indeed! Lovely write-up on Kundalini as well.
And like you, I was glad to have Seemaji back. I loved that little scene of Seemaji after she jumps down from the tree and asks Rudra - "I hope you have recognised me, or do you still want me to introduce myself?" Seemaji's expression were a treat to watch - shifting from playfulness, to gentleness, and then the radiance on her face as she announces - I am the seventh Garud - Bhairavi. If Bhairavi could set Rudra right in a second, what was the need of Rudra-Maya love story. I didn't see that it played any role in Rudra's transformation. It is obvious that the death of his loved ones gave him a big jolt, and not Maya's poisoning!

And I loved your description of the "MB" technique. A true teacher in every sense is Bhairavi. I wonder in which Roop she appears to the rest of the Garuds?

I am not liking Dhansh. He is so absorbed in extracting revenge, that I wonder if getting the Amrit is really his mission.

So now we have 3 female garuds, who are the foundation of Mission Amrit ki Raksha. Very nice. For once we have meaningful roles for women on TV. The men will use their brains and brawn, but ultimately the real shakti comes from the foundation.

Sandhya my poppet,

I am so sorry to be very late with this one, but I have been in a lot of pain these last 3 days. The thing is nothing can be done till the knee replacement except to take painkillers. But their effect wears off quite soon and I do not want to get addicted to them.

Rudra is a continuing delight; I loved his clear, ringing choice, in his capacity as the Garuda Pramukh, that saving the millions at risk in the Mahakumbh trumped saving his own father. so, whoever are the 2 weak garudas Greyerson was telling Balivesh about long ago, Rudra is not going to be one of them, it seems.

As for the question of why MB did not show up in Shivanand's Garuda Position Detector, and how she knows so much that the other garudas do not, I think that was because she is not a real physical presence, but an aatma clothed in a human form, that of Maimuyi for the reason that she had cited to Rudra, that she was the one with whom tumhara sab se gaadha rishta tha. That is how she knows things that she has not experienced or had direct or indirect knowledge of, like Katharine having visited the Saraswati Kund earlier.

She is a deep one, and there is much more to her than is visible on the surface. Look at the way in which she smells out Katharine's secret, and yet, she seems confident that Katharine will be in the side of the garudas in the final reckoning and will not betray them to Greyerson, for if not, she would have immediately alerted Rudra and the rest.

My heart bleeds for our favourite, Shivanand, who has been reduced to a punching bag for Dansh, and all for lack of a little security consciousness. What was he doing all alone at the Sangam anyway, lurking behind those boats and making asinine comments about his suspicion re: the nagas having come true, well after all the other participants in the Mahamrityunjay yagna seemed to have departed in safety ??😡

One very curious point is what Leela the nag kanya is really all about. She went out of her way to try and get Dansh to tone down his interrogation methods, and some of the things she said were very puzzling, such as that there could be no betrayal among the nagas. Which means that she will never betray him. What would that mean re: the hints thrown out earlier that she was antagonistic towards both Dansh and the idea of her marrying him?

Dansh seems to be a sadistic, megalomaniac monster straight out of the James Bond books and films. And Rahil plays him at such a high pitch, with such OTT flourishes and posturings, that he gets on my nerves non-stop. The script leaves him without the slightest grey shade, all is relentless black, pitch black. So he will have to be samharofied in the end by Rudra, no doubt about that, for there is no room for his redemption. It is a great pity he has been reduced to this caricature.

There is going to be very little to analyse this week, which is all for the best!😉

First to res and last to post.😕

When the episodes are very good the appreciation and beauty of them shines through your posts aunty. This post is as elating to read as the episodes were impressive to see.
Apt title indeed. The metamorphosis was so credible and gave goosebumps. The actor and the character rose to a different level after the metamorphosis. Though the conversion that requires ages for many to achieve was accomplished in 15 minutes it was still credible due to the arrival of such a level headed and powerful guru and due to Rudra's emotional turmoil that made him so malleable and susceptible for the metamorphosis. Though i was appalled at the murders of 4 important characters at one go, it seems now on retrospect that it was necessary to provide Rudra the reason and conditions to change.

It was great to have Seema back. She looked like a strict hostel warden or School Principal. But who is Bhairavi? How did she happen to drop in suddenly? Did she know that Rudra will come angrily to that particular spot? Was she a shape shifter (boggart😲 - looks like i missed something there). Is she human? Then why was Shivanand unable to locate her in his GPS? How does she know her garud duty when every other garud except Shiva is totally unaware of their powers and niyati? How does Mr.Pantene's guru know her while Shivanand and Prof.Rao who has been researching for years don't?🤔🤓

Leela wants Pyar and Izzat inspite of being the daughter of nga guru. Must be her mom was a romantic idealistic muggle. Incidentally your crack on the gurus being younger than the shishyas was spot on aunty. At this rate naag guru's guru's guru must be a toddler.🤣

If purva janma paap-punya accounts are tallied in the next birth, i wonder how much Shivanand must have tortured others in his previous birth.😲😭

After a long time ( probably ever since after Siddharth grew up) i am eager for the next episodes. The show is back on its feet since Maya got rested. 😆Hope the naag-garud yudha is as good as the metamorphosis.

Shruthi my dear,

Here I am at last, and no, I am not going to be sitting here for another hour! I shall heed your warning and go away in 15 minutes.

As you would have seen, I did visit those two threads of yours and commented on them, plus I read your excellent opening post on the Tamasoma Jyothirgamaya thread of yours.

Rudra is now so impressive that I am keeping my fingers crossed for this to last! So whoever are to be the two weak garudas Greyerson was telling Balivesh about, long ago, Rudra is not on of them.

I loved these lines of yours: I believe knowledge is something we have to seek, we should be prepared to walk the path of humility and subservience to get the right knowledge. That's why I believe Saraswati is not seen. Only if you go searching it will be seen by you. Perfect.

And as for the difference in the attitudes of Dansh, and even Leela's father to her, and that of the Garudas towards women in general, I think the former is not peculiar to the nagas, there are any number of accredited MCPs floating around even in 2015. Dansh is an ultra arrogant alpha male, so his attitude stands out.

Most of the other MCPs are more circumspect, that is all. We go around saying Yatra naryastu pujyante ramante tatra devataha , but what so many men do in practice or think in their innermost minds is quite different. But it is true that things are changing and fast, and our women are asserting themselves as never before in every field.

Shymaladi today morning when I didnt see your PM I was a tad disappointed. Somehow for me for the past few weeks monday mornings meant start of with your take on MK, reply to it and then of course start of my professional day. But anyways I understand the problem you had with connection and I was surely thrilled to see your analysis by evening.

I guess last week most of the epi were extensively discussed, still you have managed to write comprehensively on Rudra's metamorphosis. For me apart from Chakra awakening the best scenes were the detached look that has come in Rudra's eyes. Then after stopping the crowd his address to the crowd. It was really well done and GR has literally sealed it.

Now coming to Bhairavi. You rightly said her as a Guru or mentor. You also told what Shiva couldnt do Bhairavi did. My take on it is simple. Shiva was trying to Rudra the knowledge when he was not in a position to take it. Bhairavi waited for him to come. Come with his questions and when he came she took charge. I believe knowledge is something we have to seek, we should be prepared to walk the path of humility and subservience to get the right knowledge. That's why I believe Saraswati is not seen. Only if you go searching it will be seen you. Because you can only take a horse to the water. Horse himself has to take the decision whether to drink the water or not. Same was the case with Rudra. Shiva was dragging a reluctant horse to the water, whereas Bhairavi showed the water to the thirsty horse.

You can read more about Bhairavi and Rudra in this post of mine http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=4346793

Coming to evil gang. As you rightly said Nanu and co were comedy. I particularly liked the dialogue of Greyson he wanted to meet Naga pramukh and Guruji telling dont try to be too clever with Nagas😆😆😆

Real Nagas I feel Dansk is over confident and Arrogant. He says Garudas are emotionally weak, but he forgets that the same emotions which is called weakness when used in the right manner becomes the biggest strength. Qualities like respect, brotherhood, love, trust, sincerity that bonds people are with Garuds. They know to stand by each other in happiness and sadness, but not sure the evil gang has the same unity when things starts falling apart.

Again did you see the difference in treatment of woman between the Garuds and Nagas. Dansk treats Leela like a object, an object for his amusement. And Nanu and co calling themselves Naagvanshi less said about them the better.
Look at Garuds. They respect the ladies. Even Mai who doesnt look normal is given respect. Maya a dying girl is given respect. Even Saraswati Kund is given respect.
History and Mythology has stood testimony to the fact that it is when woman or nature is disrespected big big kings have lost the battle. Raavan's downfall was Sita. Kauravas were perished because of the question by Draupadi. Durga put an end to Mahisasura.

Coming to History Hitler's atrocities couldnt kill the spark in the little girl Anne Frank, whose diary is still read about. Rani Lakshmi Bai was the prominent force which shook the British Empire for the first time. She started the dissent.
And more recent. Sabrina Lal fighting for her sister Jessica and Nirbhaya the young girl who bought Delhi to streets. She was indirectly responsible for the so much questions that are being raised on patriarchy. Indirectly responsible for giving punishment to the culprits of 1996 Suryanelli case who escaped the law for 18 long years. Indirectly giving courage to many girls to report rape and molestation. Indirectly responsible for the opening of rape crisis centre and reform of rape laws.

So it's very clear. The place where woman is respected Gods will be always by that side. That will be one of the clear reasons Garudas will win also. A lesson most probably Dansk will understand far too late

Concluding now. If time permits you can read this post of mine also http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=4345826.

Thank you, my dear Shreya, thanks a lot.

Seeing that we are of the same mind on almost everything last week, there is very little left for me to add, except that MB would have appeared to the other garudas exactly as she does to Rudra.

MB, is a deep one, and there is much more to her than is visible on the surface. Look at the way in which she smells out Katharine's secret, and yet, she seems confident that Katharine will be in the side of the garudas in the final reckoning and will not betray them to Greyerson, for if not, she would have immediately alerted Rudra and the rest.

Yes, I too am delighted that she is back. And seeing the way the garudas are at present -
they do not seem to add up, till now, to anything much. Charles is still like a caterpillar, noone knows what, if anything, he can do in the spectacular category. Katharine is still struggling with her past and some hold that Greyerson has over her, Thappadiya Mai seems fixated on playing nurse to Maya and in any case she does not have any siddhis bar the Rithambara pragnya. As for Tiwari, his comment that the 3 bombs could be taken care of by his making a phone call to his subordinates quite took my breath away!😉 - MB's firm hand and sage guidance are going to be badly needed very soon.

Yes, it is very nice that there are 3 female garudas, and even better that the Garuda No.2, after Rudra, is a woman!

Dansh... They are pitching him as a sadistic, megalomaniac monster straight out of the James Bond books and films.

That is it, my dear, for my knee, which has been very painful these last 3 days, is crying halt!

Do take care. Do not strain your knees and wrists.

Please avoid painkillers. You can try alternate medicines/therapy till surgery. Kerala ayurveda oils are very very effective.

If not for your pain i would have 😭 a la lashy for the late response. 🤣

I was tempted to ask for your vishesh tippani on current JA but didn't want to strain you further.

Shymaladi my system seems to have some issue. Like button not working. I read your reply today only. Yes MCPs are there everywhere and unfortunately woman are also in some way responsible for this culture. But as you rightly said change is happening.
