Warner: Kane will bat at three, Dale [Steyn] is missing out again. We want to have a bowl. We have seen high totals get chased down here. We had a few negatives and extras last game. We can only control what we control. When it rains, you have to stay in that frame of mind.

Kohli: It was a right start for us as a team. We will like to make a few improvement. Me and Chris have complemented each other. If we get going it will set the tone for us. We have played two finals, we could not win either of them. This time we have good balance. We have the same XI.
