I really enjoyed watching episode 6. It's nice that they have a new patient with their own backstory during each episode and Aaliya and Ishaan were a riot lol. The only thing I would say is they probably shouldn't have Dr. Malvika perform each surgery if they are planning on getting patients with different medical problems because it looks really unrealistic for her to do all - they did bring an ENT but I think they only showed her during the surgery so that's my only complaint. They could always bring in cases with her specialization or side characters for 'specialists'

I agree..how can malvika do all kinds of surgery...if the problems are different for each patient🤣
aliya and ishaan's bonding is growing stronger day by day..n i like that❤️
