Chapter 1
The entire royal family of Mewar is seated in the court seeing the proceedings when a messenger brings a sealed letter for Maharani DheerBai who faints after reading it creating an alarm. Veer Bai the youngest wife of Uday Singh picks up the letter and has shock written on her face
US: Veer Baiji whose letter is this?
VB: Ranaji the letter is from Maharani Jaiwanta Baiji!!!!
Everyone is stunned - a letter from the real queen had arrived which meant that she would be returning as well. DheerBai had been taken to her chamber where she was resting but in reality she was thinking about the letter and its consequences
Pratap, US, Rawatji, Jagmal and the others come over for a visit when she twists the letter as a prank played on them but arrival of Guru Raghvendra and his confession leaves them shocked and sad
Guru Raghvendra was a man of principles so when he himself found out about the incident at Chittor palace he spoke to Jaiwanta Baiji about it as he believed that everything that happened with Ajabde was wrong and unjust. Jaiwanta Baiji had been so upset and ashamed at her family's way and felt guilty on learning about Rao Mamrakh's death that she decided to help her daughter-in-law in a way that would be remembered for years to come. So she came up with a plan - a plan to teach everyone especially DB a lesson and she prayed with her heart that it worked
Chapter 2
Guru Raghvendra rarely involved himself in familial issues but seeing the injustice happening to Bijolia and its residents he decided to help Jaiwanta Baiji in her quest which brings him to his current location - seated comfortably in the luxurious room of the palace he was waiting for his hosts to show up as when they did he (GR) was about to tilt their entire world on its axis
DheerBai accompanied everyone to meet Guru Raghvendra as she wished to learn the motives behind his impromptu visit. So after all greetings were done he (US) broached the topic of his visit
GR: I have come here to escort Kunwarani Ajabde Baisa to Maharani Jaiwanta Baiji so that her efforts to keep this family safe especially your son Kunwar Jagmal can be completed
US: Ajabde? Jaiwanta Baiji wants Ajabde of all people?
GR: Why wouldn't she want her Ranaji? As far as I know she has been singing praises of her daughter-in-law in all the holy places she has been visiting making sure that no harms come to the family
Everyone looks shocked at this revelation and DheerBai tries to steer them towards the lie she had created
DB: I apologise for interrupting but we were under the influence that it was because of Ajabde that Jija left all of us. She in briefs re-counts the entire incident
GR: I cannot believe it that you are saying this Dheer Baiji (making everyone stare at the woman)
DB: I don't understand Guruji
GR: I met with Jaiwanta Baiji very recently and she told me she has been in constant touch with you since her departure that all the messages she sent with regards to the puja, fasts and special rituals to be performed by Ajabde have been met with as per your responses
DB is stunned to learn this developing fact
US: What is he saying Dheer Baiji? Have you been in touch with Jaiwanta Baiji and not informed us about it?
DB: No... I never received any letters
GR: But she has been getting responses with your signature Dheer Baiji
Rawatji speaks up: Maybe someone did play a prank on us Ranaji - a prank that led to an innocent child being blamed for all the bad- a prank that led to the daughter-in-law of this family to be humiliated and insulted and thrown out like mere garbage and now with this new development we are again seeing a prank - someone is out to harm the royal family and succeeded in breaking it apart
Pratap's head is hung low realising the truth about everything - Ajabde was innocent and he blamed her for his mother's departure from his life. He married her took vows to protect and honour her in front of the sacred fire but he never fulfilled them at all
GR: Rawatji are you telling me that Ajabde is no longer at the Chittor palace
Rawatji: I'm telling you Guruji that mere 24hrs after her wedding Ajabde was thrown out of Chittor for making Jaiwanta Baiji leave
Chapter 3
GR: Hmmm then I need to leave and inform Jaiwanta Baiji about it after all only she would know on how to proceed with the puja
VB: May I ask about the significance of the puja Guruji
GR: Ji.. Jaiwanta Baiji was informed by an astrologer that the family would be facing a major crisis especially Kunwar Jagmal who would probably come face to face with death and not survive. Well as Rajputs we are not scared of death but his death would have been not in an honourable manner that would leave dark stains of shame and humiliation on the family and the entire Rajputana. The only way to counter it was to devote oneself in utter supplication to the Gods for at least 8years. Jaiwanta Baiji knew that Dheer Baiji would not have been able to do it as Jagmal at the time was a toddler and she was attached to him as any mother so for the betterment of this family she went to perform the rigorous task of devotion which included separation from one's family, renouncing every worldly luxury, fasting without taking a drop of water and holy pilgrimage. Unfortunately I have to be the bearer of the bad news that all her efforts had been in vain
VB: Why is Ajabde important for the puja?
GR: Well after Jaiwanta Baiji Ajabde is the only person in this family well in the entire Rajputana to be honest that can devote herself completely. Her virtues extol her to be the most blessed of us all but after what was done to her I would be surprised to know that she wants to even see Kunwar Pratap or anyone from this family
Everyone is in shock learning the truth about Jaiwanta Baiji's reason for leaving them except Veer Bai who was confused but GR had already placated her with his reasons. US, Rawatji and Pratap were all feeling guilty on their past actions and DheerBai well she was numb - her son's life was at stake and the one person who could save him was sent away by her own actions
DB: I will go to Bijolia. She declared as everyone turned to look at her when suddenly a servant runs in with the news of Jaiwanta Baiji's arrival in Chittor
