Ganga needs to take matters into her own hands.
Now she has become a doctor and surgeon to boot.
Instead of trying to shoot from Jagya's shoulders.
She wants to be goody goody while she does not mind if Jagya becomes a baddie.

Why cant she confront anandi and tell it is Shivam who is provoking Abhi? I know it will be very difficult for her but she should think that it will be equally difficult for Jagya to do so.

What Ganga wants Jagya to do?
To tick off Shivam and support Abhi.

Why cant she do it herself if it is that easy?

I would support Ganga's frame of mind as of today. She first thought of sharing her inner mind with her husband, hoping that J too will feel and sense the matter in the same way as she does. And if so, then he is in a better position to talk to Anandi considering how frank J and A have been with each other all along.

I have seen J and A sharing a better friendship (openness in relationship and conversation), regarding various matters (such as J's third marriage, Saanchi, J supporting A during Shiv's death etc) while Ganga has mostly received support from A, or been a silent support to A. So in that context J would be a better person to speak to A, if he also thinks the same as Ganga.

Coming to Ganga, her though process in analysing Abhi's mind set is very right. It is the unintended 'bhed-bhav' that is hurting Abhi.

On the other hand, Shivam is no less. He is a kid and believes in tit-for-tat, but so far he has not got scolded. If Shivam is treated with leniency compared to Abhi, in this bag change drama, then I will not blame Abhi or Ganga for the resentment.

And at that point Ganga will have to take matters in her hand, as both Jagya and Anandi are failing to see the seriousness of the matter.

It is too delicate a matter even for Jagya to talk to anandi. He is feeling sorry for her for some reasons. One of them is her losing husband tragically and losing Nandini. Jagya's handling is just right.

Ganga received so many favours from Jagya. She is in this position because of him only. Yes, she saved his life. But Jagya gave her a position which she never would have dreamt even in her wildest dreams. What she can do is not to nag him but take matters into her own hands and deal with them not fearing consequences.

I will not blame Ganga as yet. In my opinion, her first step is right. She shared her thought process and her feeling with her husband, in a hope to get some solution.

It wouldn't have been right if she straight went and talked to Anandi without taking J into confidence.

Now she has shared her mind and also figured out that J is not on the same page with her. So Ganga's next step would be to make J see things from a different angle and understand his child's pain. But before she does that, if things Go severely wrong between Abhi and Shivam (likely to happen), then Ganga will have to take things in her hands.

She can no longer wait for J and Anandi to come on to the same page as her (Ganga)

Right now Ganga is using 'one-at-a-time' approach as matters are still controllable. Beyond that it will be an action oriented approach.

I think Ganga should talk to DS (since Jagya could not appreciate her concern) before taking this up with Anandi. In joint family set-up usually these matters go to the eldest person to solve the issues. It is another matter that DS has not even tried to talk to Abhi so far. She is the most experienced member and she should have found out why Abhi is behaving like this.
