How exactly is Sanam/Jannat an adulterer?

We all know that Sanam's suffering from amnesia and in that condition she is just acting as per what she believes in that is being a good wife to Shaad as that she was told so from point of view her actions are actually clean as she is unaware that she is already married to someone else and not to the person she is living with..

Look. Sanam/Jannat can commit 'adultery' knowingly or unknowingly and I wouldn't care--if it weren't the result of manipulation and trickery. It's Shaad who is the problem, not Sanam. (Jannat is also acting like a.clingy OTT bimbo but that's another matter; and bimbo or not, she doesn't deserve the situation she is in and what Shaad is doing to her.)

Let me make it clear. Just because some are talking about married woman shouldn't be part of romantic triangle, that doesn't mean all are of that opinion. Most of us were actually looking forward to a triangle till last week. Did we happen to forget she was married at that time we were looking forward to a triangle?

Firstly, she lost her memory and a man, an army man of all, is cheating her into believing that she is his wife.. Heights of selfishness

Secondly, an adulterer is a person who intentionally agrees on an extra marital affair.. Sanam has no such intensions.. In fact she stops her so-called husband from marrying another woman.. Stopping him from cheating her..

Lastly, all of those who are calling Sanam an adulterer need to realize that her own real husband is married to another woman.. THAT is adultery.. Not this..

Your post is actually right. She is not at fault here. It's HIM who is at fault. Taking advantage of an amnesiac girl just for his own selfish purpose of his so called mission.

if sanam is adulterer what about aahil ? according to him he slept with sanam2 and is going to celebrate the jashn for their unborn baby by announcing press conference .. though he claims that he love sanam don't change the fact that he is willing to keep sanam 2 as his wife for the sake of his child .. how will sanam tolerate all this nonsense ? agree she is his wife but she is better off without past memory rather than being the other woman for sanan2 n aahil ... I am being blunt but its a fact that sanam will have a very sad life by going back to aahil to see her sautan pregnant .. I bet she will even make aahil to accept and love sanam2 .. And about major shaad and jannat , it has only started , we will see and talk if they really involve in romantic relation or not .. right now there is no such thing so can't assume what's going to happen in coming episodes ... here I'm talking about sanam and aahil so pls don't bring about how jannat is getting conned being someone else wife .. sanam was sold off to dubai, its not a minor thing to be ignored, if truck wont get accident she would have been in most horrific state in dubai, do anyone care for her ?? her husband is busy getting conned and roaming around hospitals for his unborn baby, did he try to do anything concrete to know where sanam is ? what if she was made prostitute in dubai or got killed by those goons in pak ?? she is atleast safe with major shaad who is not having any romantic inclination towards jannat, let the story move on to decide and judge the characters LOL
