Jassi agrees to fudge the balance sheets after Armaan promises to cancel the wedding. It's one blow after another when Armaan finds out that Aryan wants to sell his Gulmohar shares. To top it all, Mallika decides to let Jassi send the wedding cards to the list of invitees. Armaan explains the mess to Raj.
Jassi is shocked to find out that Nandu had taken Pari out on a date. Raj and Armaan overhear Jassi's conversation with Nandu while she blasts him over the phone for cheating on her. She asks him to pick her up, so that they can clarify the situation. Armaan sees Jassi get into the car with Nandu; follows them and resolves to find out the truth between Jassi and Nandu.
At the restaurant, the fabulous Nigar Khan is performing a number to Dil ko hazaar baar roka, almost painting Armaan's state of mind. As Jassi and Nandu fight out the Pari date issue, Jassi catches a glimpse of Armaan who is stealthily watching the whole scene. Jassi walks up to Armaan but he goes into hiding.
