What is the best way for keep good health?

Hey,

Love to all! I am in a worry about my health. At this young age my health isn't so enough that should be. What should I do now? Though I am going to exercise regularly and get up early in the morning. But my health is going to deterioration.

I am looking for someone advice who actually faced this matter before.

what do you exactly mean by "health isn't so enough?" what kind of actual problem are you facing? or you are just seeking general advice on how to stay healthy?

Health can be properly maintained with good diet & Lifestyle. This can be done only by when you connect yourself with nature. Start doing mediation every day morning in the early hours.
