I could have saved him..........

There are various things that could have saved him!

Number 1: The cross connection Pooja heard......she knew that Raj will have to go on a mission............however, Raj didnt know the same! Toh matlab plot ke baare main proof no.1!

Number 2: Naina heard another cross connection after disembarking from the bus, "Captain Rajveer ko raaste se hata diya hai, Mission Accomplished!", yeh woh plot ka doosta proof!

Number 3: Rajveer didn't have a motive to kill Col.Chandra. If he wanted to kill him, for the redbox, he could have done it beforehand, when they met on the old helipad. When merely hit him and successfully took away the box!

Number 4: Agar redbox ke contents itne hi important the.....itne hi secretive the, to Court main kaise disclose hue. Agar yeh documents koi court le aaya, iska matlab ki yeh documents, ke baare main Rajveer ko pata tha, aur yeh secret nahin the........aur usse kissi ko to access tha, who was evidently not Captain Rajveer!

Toh, Naina ke breakdown ke baad bhi, yeh saari arguments, shayad Rajveer ko bacha leti!

Cheers,
JIV

the redbox contents - i agree. raj could have questioned salve from where did it come? and when raj is accused of killing shakti for the redbox - uss waqt redbox was with neither of them. how did it contents reach the court? this is a blooper of course.
the cadets of course - the can tell abt the mobile cross connection - but do they have any proof - the voices were not even recorded and of course salve will blame them for lying to save capt. raj.
as far as abhi is concerned - the man is not a fool. naina mite think that due to sunlight abhi's vision was dimmed but that pt came to abhi's mind also so he cleared it. vaise bhi cadets jo bhi prove karna chahtein hain - nothing would have worked out - we have more intelligent senior officers sitting on top of their heads.

nahin hota yaar - everything in a court is based on proofs. phone ke cross connection ke baare mein only cadets ko pata hain aur kisiko nahin - agar faculty unke saath hoti toh aat banti. even raj did not believe when pooja mentioned it remember. how do u expect the jury to believe? as usual they would have asked the filmy dialogue - kya tumhare paas koi saboot hain? the cadets knew that and that's why they did not mention it. it would not be enough to prove raj innocent. shakti died and even if abhi had not witnessed this raj would have been blamed because he was the last person to see shakti before he died and naturally he would have to give an explanation. vaise bhi gehlot would see to it that the axe falls on raj.

benefit of doubt tab diya jaata hai - if the victim has proofs to prove his point. here the victim is raj. the cadets were the ones who heard the mobile talk. they cannot be given benefit of doubt - however they can testify for raj in the witness stand provided they have the necessary proof. this is the legal rule i think so.

I agree with you.

The telephone cross connections were shown so that cadets have their belief on Rajveer.

exactly jis red box ke liye rajveer itne time se apne mission par hai achanak uske contents salve ke pass...!!!! aur court ko ye janane mein koi interest nahi tha ki ye uske paas aaya kahan se....!!aur raj ka mission to poora ho gaya..ab to ye proov ho chuka hai ki naveen was innocent and was not traitor..lekin ab ye kaun proov karega ki raj is innocent...aur wo lala aur nair jo ki asli traitor hain kya sabke samne aa payenge.....aur mujhe samajh nahi aata ki jisko marna hota hai wo khud kyun nahi marta raj ko hi kyun bolta hai...dono ne ye nahi socha ki unke marne ke baad raj ka kya hoga....the result is courtmarshal n the prision...!! poor raj... 😭
