Do you have one Nandini?? Oh yes you do...you know the answer, so I should be asking ...do you have the courage to give it to him?? The answer to his question...his one and only question!! Can you stand up strong and tall and tell him about your mistake knowing that it might rip you apart forever ...

You have reasons darling Nandu, reasons for your confusion, for your thought processes, but he doesn't want them. He doesn't want the whys and the hows and the if and the buts...he just wants to know one thing. Did you trust him, trust him enough to stand unwavering and unrelenting in the face of the all the evidence in the world?? Did you have faith in him, the absolute, be it all end it all kind of faith that is necessary between two soul mates?? Or did you hesitate, did you lose it, did the doubts creep in ...creep in between you and your man?? Your Manik, the guy you love, doesn't want anything...just the answer to his question...did you even for one moment think that he was a cold blooded murderer?? Did you even for a second think he could kill?

Nandini, you are talking about logic and he only wants to hear about love. You are talking about a messed up head, while he is talking about a broken heart. You are talking about confusion of thoughts, he is talking about clarity of character. You are talking about a mistake, and he is commenting upon a sin. You are concerned about the world while he is focused only on you two. For you it is about how the ones who knew him best, misled you, for him it is about how well you knew him, not to be misled. Nandu, you are busy making a confession, and he is wrapped up in a confrontation!!

For him it was never about Nyonika, or his friends or Soha or any other third person...it was always about you two. He cares a damn about the world and you know it. All he cared about was what you thought about him...how deep, how unbreakable was your bond!! How unshakeable was your trust?? If the tables be turned, he would have had total faith in you, and you know he is not lying. Trust does not comes easy, you know it now!! And this stumble, this mighty fall, has given you an insight into what this man expects from love, wants from you!! Oh the clarity of hindsight!!

What an irony, that you both defined love as total trust and the very same trust stands high and tall like a wall of steel between you two!! The way you both defined love has finally changed the definition of your equation!! The very foundation on which your unique relationship was based, has broken down the whole edifice!!

But, as painful as it is, as agonizing as it is, you will have to answer him. The most acidic words that might burn your tongue, the most shattering response that might tear your safe haven to bits...will have to come out in the open. Cause he insists on hearing it from you... but he already knows the answer!! You will have to weather the storm, face the consequences of your momentary weakness (and we know you will)!! Be brave, Nandu...Manik's Nandu...cause he is worth the pain!! Yes, you have erred but then who doesn't?? Show me one who hasn't and I will show you one who isn't human. Agreed it's a big big mistake, a huge blunder but nothing can stand between you and your man, nothing has and nothing will!! You can't lose him now...when you have waited a lifetime for him. Yes, your Monster will make your life a living hell, he is not one to fogive and forget..but fight every inch of the way...as only you can!! 😉 He was always a difficult man even in the easiest of times, so now he will drag you to the ends of the earth and back and all the hauling will be on burning coals 😃...but you know right, that when you hurt, he feels the pain!! When you cry, his eyes feel the burn, when you cut, he bleeds!! Remember, he can't, just can't stay away from you...sweetie...😆!! Try as he might...you are irresistible 😉!!

Fight for him, for your love, cause he is worth the fight!!

(And in case you have any doubts...just ask him to remove his shirt...mmm...(and people said he has put on weight...oh my my!!)☺️)

I CAN'T EVEN. The amount of times I actually refreshed the main page of KY2 forum when i don't even go there just for this post and it's finally here!

OH THE WORDS. The beauty of your words, the flow, the sync, and the brilliant way they battle on this ground, entwining and creating a fire in the reader, taking them back to the sizzling tension amidst the two.

so so good eve. Can never tire of telling you how blessed I'm to come across you and what a gift your posts and thoughts are. Not just so beautifully penned but also so clear and deep. Thankyou so much.

Just want to say this.

It's funny but true.
Trust is not given.
Trust doesn't depend on oneself always.
The funny thing about trust is, that it's won.
and Manik's anguish is his failure to have won her trust after all this time. If she doesn't trust the man she made him, then how can he anymore? How can he anymore be good if she doesn't have complete faith in the good she'd showed him through her lens?
He's lost. He's defeated. But he's also her Manik and to her he'll return.
Trust is abstract not concrete. It only evolves, never stops or can be defined.
They're bound to find their way back to one another. She's his oasis. And he'll need water.

Yet again Eve, you leave me speechless with your words... Exactly how I have been feeling, and thinking of the gravity of the situation, but you put it so beautifully into words. Oh how you well you read him, Manik, The Monster Manik. It is almost as if you have created him. You put his thoughts and feelings into words, indescribable.

Bang on Eve! So very true... And that is all he wants, her trust, but sadly Nandini faltered and so bad that he is hurt beyond words... Because this is not your regular man, he is Manik Malhotra, passionate to the extreme.
