How does she stays alive?If she is not in coma then she needs wate n food to stay alive other than air.Then if she in coma she cant hv it.and there is no iv drip attached to her

True also... she got hit by a car and didnt even go to the hospital... what is Zennat invincible

There is a saying that evil doesnt die easily that can be true in this case as well...😆

Haha... my general rule... do not look for any logic, especially in all the Medical stuff that is shown here... any correctness flew out of the window a long time back! 😆

If only I could pretend to sleep. Whenever I sleep I pass out cold, but never in the position she is in 😆... In all seriousness, Zeenat was living the life for 7 years. With my busy schedule sometimes I only get an hour of sleep a night... I was mad jealous of Zeenat the other day for getting to sleep for so long without any tension for not hours, not days, not months, but years!!! 😭

The fact that she can pretend to be in coma baffles me totally. In the serial world, people have faked amnesia, faked identities, even faked death. But faking to be in coma? boy oh boy...medically impossible. But then who asked for logic in the first place?

For the sake of logic, I really think she got better with medical treatment in the US 😆 But nobody knew about this... yeah, I don't know if this question will ever be answered. I don't even know if we have 1 week or 2 weeks left
