If there has to be a mistake it would probably be DDLJ, but Aamir had a terrible time working with Yash Chopra in Parampara and things soured further with Darr and wanted no part of it. But overall, Aamir has done things on his terms and done them right. No real Career 'Mistakes'.

i think salman was always first choice for HAHK, but thank god aamir rejected it if not.

I loved saajan but I always wondered how it would have been with aamir, i always thought sanjay dutt looked too old for the young madhuri but the better part of the movie was the camaraderie between sanjay dutt and the younger salman. I think that would have been missing in the movie with aamir.

the dil jodi of madhuri aamir was completely wasted. :(
