* Do u know much before even andaz apna apna could happen, both salman and amir were signed together for the first time in saajan by sudkhar bokade..later aamir rejected the role due to the concern his fans may not like him in the role, played by sunjay dutt lateron ...even the music director Laxmikant pyarelal was replaced by nadeem shravan.

* Despite the big success of Maine pyar kiya, Suraj barjatiya was very keen to cast the super hit couple of Dil and aamir was his original choice for his upcoming movie hum aapke hain kaun...aamir was unable to understand the role of prem, and was not at all impressed with the script...rest as we all know is history.

I'd say Darr!! Not just because the role was iconic
but that movie made SRK Yash raj ka laadla (if I am not
wrong) 😆

Of all the roles it would have been interesting to see him in Darr. However I don't think rejecting any of them was a mistake for him. Today he is in the top 3 in terms of box office draw and by Christmas he could very easily move to #1 though that spot will always change around. He is arguably the most talented of his generation and is highly respected for his script choices and actually doing quality work. His career has not suffered at all because he rejected any of these movies.
