The doctor suggested by shagun is fake. I don't understand wat sort of a plan has shagun come up with. Romi would meet the doc so will he perform some fake operation on Romi, take the money n run away. Romi wouldn't even have any after operation pain or any stitches mark?

what if romi comes to know about the doctor's truth? Wouldn't he get hold of shagun as she suggested the doc to him?

I think the fake doctor is going to give most of the money to Shagun. She needs money badly to bribe goondas to do her dirty jobs, the rest of her expences Raman pays.
