Six months back


"Sanyu"- Vidushi shouted banging the door of sanyukta's house

She was frustated ,she was standing there from long ten minutes,but this girl is not ready to open the door

Here inside,sanyukta woke up and checked her phone,it had five missed calls and five messages from vidushi,

She read the messages and got to know that vidushi is standing at her doorstep ,ready to murder her .. She went in living room running

"Kahan mar gayi chudail"- Vidushi shouted

"Arey,dhire nahi bol sakti kya,puri colony ki neend disturb karne ka irada hai kya"- Sanyukta spoke opening the door

"Kahan thi tu,itna time laga diya gate open karne mein"- Vidushi asked

"Wo yaar i was taking my beauty sleep"- Sanyukta said showing her perfect 32 teeth

"Han han,chal jaldi se ready hoja,till then i vl make breakfast for you"- Vidushi ordered

"I love you so much for this yaar"- Sanyukta said hugging her bestie

"I love you too BABY"- Vidushi said stressing of word baby

"Eekss vidu,kitni bar bolun tujhe,don't call me baby,its so weired, parth ko baby bula,woh khush ho jayega"- Sanyukta said in a teasing tone

"Chal ab zyada ho raha hai,jaldi se ready hoja,office bhi jana hai"- Vidushi said

"As you say ma'am"- Sanyukta said in a funny tone

After some time,sanyukta came in living area,wearing her formal wears and saw vidushi arranging breakfast on dinning table .. Sanyukta smilles looking at her


Vidushi and sanyukta were friends from school, they weren't childhood friends,they meet in nienth class,when vidushi's parents were shifted to Delhi ... the day sanyukta's parents left her,vidushi was always there for here support


"Agar tu na hoti toh mera kya hota vidu"- Sanyukta said sitting beside her

"Maska mat laga,jaldi breakfast kar"- Viduahi said sipping coffee

"Maska nahi ,yaar sach mein, after my parents left, tuhi toh thi mere sath, jab collage join kiya toh hostel mein daily mujhe utha kar breakfast karwati thi aur ab jab joab kar rahi hoon tab bhi,jaise maa uthati thi mujhe,ab toh teri bhi adat si ho gayi hai"- Sanyukta said with mosit eyes

"Itna senty mat ho,ab toh mujhe bhi adat ho gayi hai"- Vidushi said gigling

"Acha sanyu,kal tera 24th birthday tha,toh tune last envelop dekha hoga,usmein kya tha"- Vidushi asked

"Usmein tha ek letter and a mangalsutra"- Sanyukta said with moist eyes

"Kya tha us letter mein"- Vidushi asked

"Us letter mein likha tha ,k ab meri age shadi ki ho gayi hai,toh i should get married"- Sanyukta said and broke down

Vidushi hugged her and tried to clam her down

" Vidu,kitna pyar karte the na maa,papa mujhse .. Sath na hote huye bhi aaj tak unhone ne kabhi meri life mein mujhe kisi k sahmne hath nahi failane diye"- Sanyukta said sobbing

"Sanyu, relax yaar, tu please mat ro, aunty aur uncle ko bhi rona aa jayega tujhe aise dekh kar, and show me your mangalsutra too"- Vidushi said in teasing way making sanyukta giggle

"You know vidu,jab maa aur papa mujhe chod kar gaye the, tab mujhe itni samajh nahi thi,mujhe lagta tha k bas kuch dino mein wapis aa jayengi wo,par wo nahi aaye, par every year mere birthday wale din,mujhe lagta hai k wo mere sath hai, unki blessings mere sath hai,envelops k form mein, pata hai unhone kite struggles kiye hai life mein,koi bhi ready nahi tha unki shadi k liye,tab wo bhag kar delhi aye the,rent k ghar mein rehte the wo,10 Years mein unhone ye ghar kharida,hamara ghar, phir mere future k liye paise save kiye taki kabhi agar unhein kuch ho jaye,toh unki savings mere kaam aye,mujhe kisi se paise na mangne pade, koi tha bhi toh nahi jo mujhe paise de sakta,relatives toh tujhe pata hai na,kaise hai, every year jo matured fixed deposits mujhe milte the na,wo unhone mere har birthday par karwaye the,when they were alive"- Sanyukta said

"Sanyu, i know they loved you Alot yaar, but sabko ek din toh is dunia se jana hi padta hai na"- Vidushi said trying support her mentally

"Janti hai,jab papa ne mujhe wo envelops diye,toh i thought k wo mazak kar rahe hai,in envelops mein wo apni blessings kaise fill kar sakte hai, wo kaise protect kar sakte hai aise mujhe, par jab maine first envelop open kiya,jo eighteenth birthday k liye tha,usmein ek letter bhi tha,jab meine letter read kiya,then i understood k he was right"- Sanyukta said

"Aisa kya likha tha us letter mein"- Vidushi asked

Though Vidushi and sanyukta were best friends,but sanyukta never shared anything about her father's letters

"Us letter mein likha tha,k i need to protect my self on own,our house is on my name now,and mujhe hamare ghar ko kisi bhi keemat par kisi ko nahi dena hai,chahe kuch bhi ho,kisi bhi wicked insan k pass nahi jana chahiye ... On next day of my birthday,my mamu not mamu mr.mittal,unhone mujhe ghar k papers de diye sign karne k liye taki mein ghar unke name par kardun,agar papa ka letter maine na read kiya hota,toh mein signatures kar bhi deti,aur uske baad wo log mujhe ghar se nikal dete,but my papa protected me, aur uske baad every year mein jab bhi next envelope open karti,mere liye us din matured huye fixed diposits mil jate fees deposite karne k liye jo mere maa aur papa ne save kiye the mere liye,Aur uske pehle k three years k liye,my all fess were already paid in advance"- Sanyukta smilled at her parent's love

"Uncle and aunty were supper awsome,pehle love, phir ghar se bhagna and then, itni intelligent beti,aur phir their love for you, ek mere parents hai,jinko toh yeh bhi nahi pata ki unki ek beti bhi hai,anyways chal jaldi otherwise late ho jayenge"- Vidushi said

"Han han chal rahi hoon"- Sanyukta said keeping the utensils in kitchen

"Acha sanyu,tune phir shadi k bare mein kya socha,uncle aunty ki tarah tu bhi love marriage hi karwana"- Vidushi said excitedly

"Yaar koi mile toh dhang ka,u know na i am in love with the idea of love itself yaar,i am ready to fell in love with a nice guy,par ko mile toh acha sa"- Sanyukta said dreamingly

"Acha,what abhout raghu"- Vidushi asked

"No yaar,kuch zyada hi shy type ka hai"- Sanyukta replied

"And kunal"- Vidushi asked

"No yaar,wo kuch zyada hi friendly hai,flirts with every second girl"- Sanyukta replied

"Sahil??"

"Over shareef"

"Yoyo"

"Over confident"

"Jignesh"

"Low confidence"

"Aur kaise chaiye tujhe"- Vidushi asked frustated

"Jo in sab jaisa na ho"- Sanyukta laughed


And they went to office,talking and giggling


"Vidu,wo dekh parth is standing there,tera romeo"- Sanyukta said teasing

"Sanyu,he isn't my romeo ok,ab jaldi chal apni place par,warna peeche aa jayega mere"- Vidushi said

They went to their usual place ...

"Hey,you are vidushi right"- some new boy of office asked

"Yea,i am vidushi, but wait , you are randhir right??"- Vidushi asked

"Yeah,toh tumne mujhe pehchan liya,shocking"- Randhir said hugging her

"Aise kaise nahi pehchanti,i reember we were in same school till eighth class,tu yahan kaise"- Vidushi said breaking the hug

"I have joined this office"- Randhir said

And sanyukta was looking at them with i-am-not-understansding-anything look and vidushi noticed it

"Arey i forgot to introduce you guys, sanyu he is randhir,my childhood friend randhir,and randhir ,she is sanyukta my bestie"- Vidushi said

They said a formal 'Hi' to each other ,did handshake and started doing their works.
