They only checked whether the video is real or not but they never took Jigar's & Radha's test. They never called the cops when Radha raped Jigar when he was unconscious.

Kidnapped Meera & Vidya
Harassed Jigar to marry her.
The police is also stupid that the did not arrest Radha for kidnapping Paridhi. If they had beaten up Vivaan, he would have told the truth.
