I think its also possible KA lied to Arzoo ... to make her feel guilty by telling her house belongs to the family and family gave Sahir relations so only zeenat has right over him ... you know they gave him shelter and all so he is obliged

wen he started saiyyara...the initial turnover was only 2 crores...
