How can sac, zac have the same surname?

Sorry guys if this has already been asked but if Zaki and Sahir are brother in laws, how can they both be 'Azeem Chaudary'...wouldn't they have different names? Isn't Alvira also Azeem Chaudary?

Unless Sahirs identity is being hidden on purpose or he was an adopted son and took on Alviras husbands name. Or he is Azeem Chaudary's son and Alvira is a second wife who already had three kids?

kyunk normally shadi ke baad sirf larki ka surname change hota but our show is quite different larki ke purey khandan ka surname change hogayaaa 🤣

Even if sahir was adopted then also alvira is his mother in law and so she can sign the papers because he is married to zeenat.I am literally confused .What does the doctor mean by family .should it be only blood relations.I don't think alvira married sahir's father its like they are family friends and sahir and zeenat are cousins.Even that's a family right.I am confused

Do the CVs actually bother about it ? No

Do they care to show us anything with any sense ? No

Do they care if not showing SaAz brings down the TRP's ? No

Do they think we are capable of thinking logically ? No

Dear... Cvs are still thinking over this matter! 😆 After the truth is out that " The Beghum" is not Sahir's real mom.. They will write a track on why Sahir's name is SAC..
