The film weaves the story of three friends. First thing is that don't mistake it for a triangle love story for it is not. Rohan (Aftab Shivdasani), Simran (Natassha) and Priti (Dipannita Sharma) are close buddies. They've their fun time together and are very much close knit. Rohan is crazy about football and is a great person to be with. More or less the life of three friends are light and loaded with good times.

Now Rohan is in love with Priti. Simran is his confidante and is very supportive towards his heart. She gives him a streamline of tips on how to get Priti. Rohan fails to make the 'pyaar ka formula' work for most of the time and thus a continuous bashing from Simran goes on. Their roll of fun keeps on going and Simran's fiance Vicky (Himanshu Malik) also joins them. All four of them become friends and have some good times together.

But one day everything changes. Simran gets the shock of her life and the chirpy girl becomes dumb. Rohan never leaves her side and their friendship develops into a stronger bond.
