I was also thinking the same...if bhabho's operation has started then donor must have been operated...and if operated how come she is looking just normal...without any oxygen mask or something else that at least shows she has been operated...well due to sandy's off screen pic we know it is she...but person lying here on bed is someone else as deepika was on leave in those days... 😕 well I also wish it turns out someone else but off screen pic stops me from thinking so...
I think suraj didn't see her that's why RU didn't happen
