So who gets to operate on Sahir's beautiful, complicated heart - no prizes for guessing - the one-stop-medical shop, Dr. Khurana it is once again 👏👏👏

Seriously, 4 Lions should open a medical school now - they can do wonders with their students 🤣

The doctor who examined Zeenat and declared with authority that she is in coma is no other than the one who came to examine Arzoo's allergy - no wonder he declared her to be in coma when she is not 🤣 kya fresh coma patient hai 😆

Btw, our Sahir is no less a doctor. He has medicines for anaphylaxis, second degree burns, and strangulation bruises - self-mutilation experience I suppose 😆 The only thing he is out of stock is 'dil ke dard ki dawa' (wonder if that comes in tubes or bottles or sachets - Sahir is always producing a tube for Arzoo from that pandora's box drawyer of his). But he is not to be blamed for being out of stock - after all he is one anaar and there are lakhon bimaar 😉😛

Waise when the dard is so handsome, who wants a dawa 😳😉 Anybody wants? 😛

Dr Khurana is a Neurosurgeon, Neurologist and also a general surgeon. You didn't know that Ria??😲 🤣

And I am still trying to figure out what this four hour deadline for regaining consciousness is. They took out the bullet in the upper part of the chest. ya khuda!! there is no head injury involved. Why in the world would he slip into a coma?? And after four hours on dot!! She looked at the clock and said there is still five minutes left!! 🤣 🤣

Not just 4 lions... most of these PHs houses can open their own medical schools. 😆

Well said ! Also , they have to write a book tilted "Faking a coma" . Where else in the world can a person grab someone's hand while in a coma. I can understand people faking illness , but faking a coma OMG . How can someone not have an urge to drink water or you know use the washroom while not in a coma ? These guys are really CREATIVE !

No Suvi, I didn't - he is so so versatile, I am still discovering what he specializes in actually 🤣

That is because Sahir's heart and brain have always been mixed up na 🤣 so, they also got mixed up 😃

Trust me, I was trying hard to concentrate on the seriousness of the scene and the romance, but I couldn't stop laughing the moment I saw Dr. Khurana and then Arzoo running from the clock to Sahir saying five minutes is still there 🤣🤣 That was too much - time bomb hai kya?

I'm also still trying to figure out, why did they go to cardiologist Dr Neil for Arzoo's burnt feet?

He is the perfect doctor with the perfect remedy always for each and every disease that has ever affected any human being 🤣

As for Dr Neil, I think they went to see some other doctor but bumped into him - though I wouldn't be surprised if the other doctor was a cardiologist too - thank god they didn't show that to us 😆
