*a girl having real life bf outside about which she bragged all throughout the season to everyone
* Upen was there for whole three months and for that long they had just simple friendship like with everyone else
* Suddenly after Upen's return, just within few days she fell in love head to heels so much so that she even spoke about breaking up with her bf

Like pritam and Quli also stated maybe Patel planned it with choksi and he gave him go ahead signal to keep tanna in maximum limelight and for upen's much needed publicity sake too..
And Upen brief tanna about it in whispers in their night sessions..or in ishaaro ishaaro may...
