i guess the phrase is used here in BB to explain people's changed behaviour within minutes or where people have gone back on thr words etc etc

since these guys are actors.

they are describing scenarios as if they were shots, so from scene cut to another, like a sharp turn/twist

cut to: I think it means people say or do one thing at time, but next moment they are doing something very different or opposite!

Chaude mein: haha Gautam's one of favourite words! doing something Openly/ on someone's face!

It is a film industry jargon, used mostly by editors and directors. The term is used it to describe change of scenes. Like one scene going on then you cut it there and go to the next scene..so in short it becomes "cut to" . 😊
