Salim's characterisation a mess

First confusion is Salim a commoner or prince why is he always in commoner dress now party is over and parents said no marriage still?

Second confusion is Salim a warrior or lover boy? How can a person who is so soft hearted that he fights for a friend love so much ready to die for that can kill in war field?

Third confusion is Salim love for Akbar does he love or hate Akbar? Sometimes he is hugging and majority time sulking and angry at dad. OK he is angry Akbar for punishing him but how long? 7 years impossible for a kid to keep hatred so long. Why not give father a second chance?

Fourth confusion Salim speak so nice about mom to anarkali but when she is nearby he starts taunting saying Muz. Deep inside he says he missed childhood and mom from age of 9 years and now mom in front he is always fighting and ignoring.

Loving anarkali is another matter, he loves her but scared to reveal his identity. Is he not cheating his love by hiding his real name?

Salim loves everyone his commoner soldier friends like farhan, his commoner milk brother Qutub, his siblings born to other moms, his step mothers, haider who humiliated him in childhood, murad who tricked him to go out of palace and get scolding by father, his horse, a stranger anarakali, Rahim and man singh etc but hatred is reserved for mom-dad. How is that possible? I mean he can forgive haider and murad who made fun of him and tricked him in childhood, he can forgive anarkali(later) who ensured he became a helper to an old woman in childhood but he cannot forgive parents why? Does he keep so high expectation of his mom-dad that they can never do mistake etc I mean they are human too and can do errors in judgement right?

Is this not inconsistency in character of Salim? How can he be two different people at same time? OK real history Salim was a very complicated person but this character of Salim is not complicated person but confusing and messed up actually.

If you think Salim is a parallel hero of this serial now and his portrayal is very confusing and negative so audience hate him. Salim characterisation has to change and improve very soon for him to be liked or to be believed in soon. I mean he looks like a main villan after maham and ruq and adham khan rather than second hero of show.

All the characters have been messed ...

Especially this SALIM ...fully butchered of the history and the show ...sometime his is soft sometime hot ..in his behaviour sometime good sometime worse ...

Ehat can we do when cvs are confused about what they making then SALIM will be also confusing
