Talaash --pretty underrated - Page 3

I agree, and I didn't feel bored at all like many say. Instead, I was hooked from the beginning itself. Kareena owned the movie. Others were good too. Kareena's best performance.

I don't know if it's underrated or not..
But I obsolutely loved the movie, I didn't find one dull moment..I was hooked till the end..
Kareena was the best thing in the movie for me..:<3

Aamir and Rani were great too..:)
Overall I really loved the movie.

totally predictable movie but loved nawaz's performance 😊

It was obvious Kareena is involved with this from starting but never knew she is the ghost .She was excellent .Like we all know she is such a big star ,but the paranormal twist was haunting .Usually for me known faces does not work in this genre .May be that is the reason 1920's Adah sharma worked for me .

About cinematography , the gloomy ,clumsy site of Mumbai was so beautifully shown .I am not from the city ,I was not aware about this part of Mumbai .

About the three leads ,Kareena was best ,then Rani then Aamir.

Supporting actors were good too ..Be it Nawaz or the lady with him.

About songs ,I love them all ,My most favourite has to be Jiya Lage naa .All the songs have souls ,without any punjabi tadka ..which is like must now a days


Have any one noticed in the song "Muskan jhooti hain", there is a line "Jo rooh pyaasi hain,jisme udasi hain woh hain ghoomti" That was enough hint to find out about the paranormal thing involved.

I particularly like to mention few scenes --
The first accident..the build up when the dog suddenly barks ,the whole atmosphere .
In climax when Amair sees Kareena in back seat as well as in front me him.

I am going to watch again soon! 😃 I watched it more than a year ago. I loved Kareena's performance and Aamir-Kareena's chemistry. Their intriguing scenes will be interesting to watch again. Loved the climax.

Movie was really good .
And I believe it is the best performance of Kareena till date, better than Chameli . Rani as a house wife was amazing too. And after a long gap Aamir acted as a normal human being with normal emotions.
Climax was unpredictable, but I think the movie flopped because of the climax, now a days people are not very fond of ghost stories.

Film was not a flop ..It did decent business ,have a semi hit tag

I rate Talaash as one of Aamir's best performances...the movie didn't do well because the subject didn't sit well with the audience...its one of my all time favorite movies...

I absolutely loved this movie...Sincere performances by all the actors, good music, haunting BG score and the suspense factor...everything was so good...

I wonder why talaash underperformed when so many shitty movies do well? 😕

General audience does not like dark films ..even people expected a ground breaking social message oriented film from Aamir .Most importantly multiplex audience did not like the paranormal twist
