Does pain give you a right to cheat and destroy others life?

Hi,

I was seeing the reruns and thinking if a person gets hurt(no matter how bad) gives him a right to destroy others persons life?I mean no matter how the drama unfolds, Sahi's character cannot be justified.

At least he should have stopped when Arzoo got physically assaulted because of him. She already saw a lot in her life from his father, at the most she dreamt for a good life partner. The ulgliet virtue of SAC's character is he knows all of it and still went on with his plans. He also knows that whole her family is solely dependent on Arzoo.

Even though the Cvs give reasons to justify and a redemption track, the character cannot be called as a hero. Arzoo's life is in a situation that she cannot love Sahir even though the time passes. She always considers herself as his second wife and when his first wife returns she will definitely leave him after seeing what her mom went through after her dad got a second wife. SAC left her life in a question mark where she cannot think of her future aside from her family.

No self punishment clears the sins he had committed.

You think he did it for pain i think he did it for love ... big difference ... Sahir loves arzoo and arzoo loves him ... her decision to marry zaki was made in a vulnerable state and not the right one ... zaki almost imposed his love on her by proposing again and again taking advantage of her situation ... Sahir was left with no choice but to do what he did to stop this marriage ... it has nothing to do with his own pain but his love for her ... you can't stand there and see you love getting ruined and then cry all life best is to save them and he did that ... his means are all wrong no one argues that but his intentions are right

Whenever he sees Arzoo with Zaki, he always thinks about his promise. Not for once he thought about Arzoo and him and his love. Love should give respect not shame. Arzoo was not seen respectfully by people even on her wedding day. He already proved Zaki as a wrong person. Arzoo would never marry him. He don't have right to ruin her dreams of a life partner.

You didn't see but only two three epis back when he saw arzoo and zaki out side the office area he thought i will loose deal and arzoo both ... so he did think about arzoo ... he did think about arzoo when talking to ashrafi as well ... so to say he never thought about her is wrong ... his eyes have always held pain and love for her

Just want to say..Arzoo didn't get physically assaulted because of him...she was saved by him! She herself called out to him instinctively to save her in that situation!

So that indicates her trust in him?

Which makes it more imperative that she not ruin her life by marrying Zaki who totally took advantage of her vulnerable state...and forced her to say yes! And she did it to spite Sahir clearly! Else if she believed Zaki so much she would never have called off the wedding just on the basis of a report Sahir gave!

Zaki wasn't right in pushing so much knowing her condition and also that she loves Sahir...Sahirs counter measure was to save her from making such a huge mistake!

gaining aarzoo in no way now gives him the deal. he knows zaki wont marry samaira anyhow. but aarzoo just to get back at him said yes to zaki. she was ruining her own life for sahirs revenge. so he decided to punish himself by marrying her...rather than let her destroy her own life. he wasnt destroying her life. he was saving her from herself and zaki..

if you see the words he told about zaki...they were damn true...zaki might say his love is true now...but after 6 months wen he is bored with aarzoo...what then?

the report may or may not be fake...but his concern for her well being is nothing but genuine...since he knows his brothers philandering ways...so no...he doesnt have the right to hurt people...he takes hurt upon himself...[because aarzoo will torture him now] instead of letting the ones he love be hurt.

its just a matter of how you look at things...

everyone keeps saying she got assualted by him...hadd hai i mean...sahir pagal hai...that he feels he has to protect her from everything and feels guilty when she is hurt...doesnt mean he actually is guilty...she went out alone by herself without thinking practically...we all wanted her to do that...what happened was unfortunate...but in no way sahirs fault neither is it hers...

everyday women go out of the house alone...for various reasons...such things happen because there are horrible horrible people out there...not because of the xyz reasons because of which the women were out...

kal ko people will say women doing a job is wrong if anything happens to her while she was returning from work.

TM unfortunately this PH is known for producing such emotionally imbalanced heroes. Gul despite being a woman takes pleasure in women being manhandled. She can never gives a normal hero. How come it is justified I fail to understand.

Sahir put her life at stake despite knowing she has allergy to eggs. He has every right to experiment on her just because he is blessed with hot body and he loves her so much. But poor Zaki wanted to turn a new leaf but can't be given a chance. Agreed Aarzoo is not in love with Zaki but doesn't have a hate feelings also like how she has developed for Sahir now. The argument will come now Sahir despite the hatred he is ready to accept and make his life as hell. Now we need to remember he is not only making his life a hell but also Aarzoo's life. She would have been better off with Zaki in that case. Atleast he has a normal behavior not like hurting himself ,brooding etc(the excuse now is Zeenat made him like this). The list goes on. He could have used the dhamki like he would destroy Aarzoo's family if she doesn't stay away from Zaki instead of using this dhamki for getting her married to him. Instead of this forced marriage they could have shown as Aarzoo moving away somewhere and living with self respect atleast for few days but no Gul always like to promote regressive thoughts.

Totally agree Pri and Ari. Very valid points. Blaming Sahir for the rape attempt is not done. He is guilty of a lot of things but not this! Balki he saved her!
