Just read this new today and was shocked at it! He's Canadian and from Pakistan originally. I defiantly applaud his stand and give him full respect for his choice! Although I don't think kissing is "wrong" but it surely has changed the audiences as most of us can't watch films with our family becaue of it

Do you guys think Bollywood should follow his steps or do is the kissing thing getting old and everyone should just do it? Really looking forward to your guyses response lol

Its the actor's wish . Personally i hate the kissing scenes which are not required and put in just to attract audience

It's a personal choice, nothing more, nothing less. You applaud it because it aligns with your own point of view. A left winger may find it to be juvenile. For me, it's no big deal...most people who are attached to their beliefs tend to stick with them and more power to them for that.

As for kissing or other physically intimate expressions in art, we can choose to see what we want with our families or kids according to our own personal sensibilities and liking. If certain movies are showing things that aren't up one's alley, it's really easy to avoid them and save yourself the trouble of being offended. Other people definitely aren't going to stop expressing themselves as they wish in ways that are completely legal (after gaining appropriate ratings from censorship committees) just because we want things to be according to our liking or ease. Very unfortunately, the world doesn't work like that even if we'd all like it to!

First- who?

Second- His life, his choice. Why should Bollywood change because a few people don't like to see kissing onscreen? Don't like it, don't watch, simple as that. Bollywood doesn't exist to cater to particular sensibilities.

Kissing scenes are useless.. i don't think they are necessary at all... mood kharab kardete hain yaar kabhi kabhi... high octane action masala chal rahi hoti aur bich mai aajati hai momentum break karne

I agree, and I find that they only do it as a tactic than anything else!!! Some of the biggest films are squeaky clean and its not that kissing is wrong it's just that most of us watch films with our family and it becomes awkward to see such scenes 😕
