The first scene shows RV and his girl Sonam shocked to see the bed in flames

RV looks at Ishaani angrily and she looks back challengingly

the entire family rushes to their room to see fire in RV's room '

there is scare , chaos , screaming , pouring of water as Ishveer have angry eyelock

baba and amba ask RV how this fire broke out

Ishaani replies that it was accidental due to candles falling

RV tells ishaani to stop lying

to declare before every one that she lit the fire

RV then tells this fire was started by ishaani .purposely

knowingly because he refuses to consider his wife as he had broken off his rishtaa with her

RV tells his family that he had broken that rishtaa which had given him maximum pain

so he wanted to celebrate

he got a girl Sonam , but Ishani was jealous and set the bed on fire

he refuses to consider ishaani his wife

he would not keep any rishtaa with her whether she lives in the house or out of it

baba looks at Ishaani feeling sorry for her

Sharman and devarsh come to ishaani wanting to intervene but she tells them to keep out of it as this was her personal matter

she would handle this herself

sharman tries to persuade Ishaani to come with him and talk to RV

ishani refuses to go to him

she remembers how she had insulted RV in the past

she understands how he must have felt when he used to see her with chirag

now she understood what RV went thru

she is sure she will win him back

she could now see all his goodness

all his bad aspects could be overlooked

Amba tells baba that ishaani was responsible for this change in RV , she had made him stone hearted

this was not their RV

Baba says RV was hurt , he was suffering he will take time and recover soon

god punished all those who troubled others

RV comes there and hears the last words of baba

he says what he was going thru was result of his bad deeds

he regrets not listening to his mother

RV tells his mother that she used to tell him that his wife would break his heart and his trust and his life

exactly the same thing happened

but he promises that he had learnt his lesson he would change everything and get back to normal like earlier

amba says nothing will ever come back to normal as he became stone hearted because of ishaani she will not let her live in this house

amba goes to Ishaani's room and tells her that RV had brocken all rishtaa with her

she was no longer his wife nor bahu of this house

she orders her to get out of the house

ishaani is shocked

Amba is furious with ishaani and drags her towards the door she pleads her not to throw her out

baba feels sorry for Ishaani

amba warns baba that if he intervened even he would be thrown out of the house

devarsh comes to call RV to save ishaani , stop amba but he does not budge saying he did not care

Amba shouts that she had crossed the limits of the house now she was to stay pout of the limits of the house

he had broken all rishtaa with her so now she could plead to the outsiders and live else where

ishaani fights tooth and nail but amna is too strong for her

she pushes her out of the door but ishaani does not step out

Ishaani replies that she had crosses the limits of the house once she will not commit the same mistake again

Amba shuts her up

Ishaani then replies that her name was Mrs Ishaani Ranveer Waghela

She was RV's wife by hindu rites as well as by hindu marriage act

So none could throw her out of her marital home

amba is shocked , stops in her tracks

Precap shows amba consulting lawyers about how to throw ishaani out of the house

he lawyer advises there were two ways either by proving non consummation or extra marital affair
