Ssharad Malhotraa suffers shoulder injury
Ssharad Malhotraa, who's seen as Maharana Pratap in the show 'Bharat Ka Veer Putra " Maharana Pratap', suffered a shoulder injury, while doing an aerial act on the sets recently. He had to be taken to a doctor immediately as he was in acute pain. The doctor has advised him to undergo physiotheraphy.
Says Ssharad, "For the first time, the makers will have to use a body double for my character. I have been doing my own stunts for the past six to eight months." The incident took place when Ssharad had to fly in the air and do a fight sequence, using cables. He said, "Due to some miscommunication on the sets, the act didn't go well. When they pulled me up, I heard a click and suffered excruciating pain in my right shoulder. I was unable to perform after they brought me down. You might have seen such aerial acts in Hrithik Roshan's Krrish. We were doing something similar for the first time in the show." Ssharad denies taking any break due to the injury.
